CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping fees, which are the cost of product delivery, will be borne by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the person/institution at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The full amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller is no longer obliged to deliver the product.

After the product has been delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for the payment was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product cost is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.

In the event of force majeure, which the seller cannot foresee and which prevents the timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation.

Before receiving the product/service under the contract, the buyer must inspect it; if the product is torn, stained, or otherwise defective, it must not be accepted. After acceptance, the buyer is responsible for the protection of the product/service. The product must be returned together with the original invoice.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the seller via the contact details below within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the product to the buyer or the person/institution designated by the buyer.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must be sent back with its label intact, any hygiene seals untouched, and in its original packaging/box and transparent protective bag as received. The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Please inspect packages that you believe may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of the delivery company representative before accepting them.
*** Products with damage for which no report has been filed will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
In order to return a product, it must be sent with the original invoice. Returns will not be accepted, nor will refunds be issued, for products that have lost their resellable condition or cannot be sold to another customer.
For products approved for return, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.
